OnClickStay is committed to making our website and related services (the "Platform") usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We work to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a baseline for accessibility.

1. What We're Doing

1. Using semantic HTML and labeled form fields so screen readers can identify page structure and inputs.
2. Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds across the Platform.
3. Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive elements such as menus, search, and modals, including visible focus states.
4. Providing descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and hiding purely decorative graphics from assistive technology.
5. Announcing dynamic content changes, such as modal dialogs and form errors, in a way that assistive technology can detect.

2. Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. As we add new features to the Platform, we review them for keyboard operability, screen-reader compatibility, and color contrast, and we periodically re-review existing pages to catch regressions.

3. Known Limitations

Some third-party content embedded on the Platform, such as maps or externally hosted hotel and resort images, may not be fully accessible because it is controlled by outside providers. We are working with our providers and evaluating alternatives where full accessibility cannot be achieved directly.

4. Feedback and Assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using the Platform, or need information in an alternative format, please let us know. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback promptly and to provide reasonable accommodations where possible.
