Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
OnClickStay does not sell your personal information for money. This page explains what "sale" and "sharing" of personal information can mean under privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), what we do today, and how you can make a request or opt out of any future sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
1. What We Do Today
We do not sell personal information to data brokers or other third parties in exchange for money. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Details on how we use and disclose information generally are set out in our Privacy Policy.
2. Categories of Information Covered
If our practices change, the categories of personal information potentially affected could include:
- Identifiers, such as name, email address, and mobile number.
- Internet or other electronic network activity, such as pages viewed and searches performed.
- Geolocation data, such as a city, destination, or coordinates you search for when finding hotels.
- Inferences drawn from the above, such as destinations, hotel categories, or suite types you may be interested in.
3. Your Right to Opt Out
If you are a California resident, you have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising that right. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information as described above, there is nothing to opt out of today. If that changes, this page and the request options below will be updated accordingly.
4. How to Submit a Request
You can still tell us not to sell or share your information going forward, or ask questions about this page, by:
- Emailing info@onclickstay.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Info".
- Using the Contact Us link in the site footer and selecting a privacy-related request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right, including by denying goods or services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of quality.
5. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and may still need to verify your identity directly before completing the request.
6. Changes to This Page
We may update this page if our data practices change. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
